The facility is divided into several departments including production, quality control, research & development, and warehousing. Each department is overseen by experienced professionals ensuring smooth operations and adherence to our strict quality standards.
At JS FITTINGS, our facility is the backbone of our quality promise. Spanning over 35000 square meters, our factory integrates traditional forging craftsmanship with modern automated technology. Our production lines are optimized for both high-volume standardized orders and highly specialized custom components, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on precision
Quality Control Center
Quality isn’t just a department; it’s our standard. Our facility houses a full-scale testing lab equipped with Spectrometers for chemical analysis, Universal Testing Machines for mechanical properties, and advanced NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) equipment. Every fitting leaving JS FITTINGS carries the mark of reliability.
Incoming Inspection: PMI (Positive Material Identification) to ensure 100% raw material compliance.
In-process Control: Random dimensional checks during every production stage.
Final Testing: Hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) based on client requirements.
The quality control department conducts rigorous checks at every stage of the production process to ensure that only flawless products reach our customers.
And our warehousing department ensures safe storage and prompt delivery of products. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.
