What standards do your pipe fittings and flanges comply with?

We manufacture products strictly according to international standards to ensure global compatibility.

Our main production standards include:

ASME/ANSI: B16.9 (Butt Weld Fittings), B16.11 (Forged Fittings), B16.5/B16.47 (Flanges).

DIN/EN: DIN 2605, 2615, 2616, 2617 and EN 10253.

GOST: 17375, 17378 (For the Russian and CIS markets).

JIS: B2311, B2312.

What are the primary material grades you supply?

We specialize in carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel pipe fittings and flanges, including:

Butt Weld Fittings: ASTM A234 WPB, WPC; MSS-SP-75 WPHY 42-70.

Forged Fittings & Flanges: ASTM A105, A105N; ASTM A350 LF2 (Low Temp).

Steel Pipes: ASTM A106 Gr. B, ASTM A53, API 5L Gr. B to X70.

Can you provide “Seamless” and “Welded” (ERW) fittings?

Yes.

For butt-welded fittings (elbows, tees, reducers), we provide Seamless construction for sizes typically up to 24 inches.

For larger diameters (up to 72 inches), we provide Welded (Two-half) construction with 100% X-ray testing upon request.

How do you prevent rust on carbon steel products during sea transit?

To ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, we offer several surface treatment options:

Black Painting (Standard anti-rust).

Varnish Oil (Transparent anti-rust).

Hot-Dipped Galvanizing (For maximum corrosion resistance).

Electro-Galvanizing (For forged fittings and bolts).

Can you manufacture products based on custom drawings?

Yes.

We have a dedicated technical team that can produce non-standard flanges and fittings based on your specific engineering drawings or samples.

Can we request custom marking/stamping?

Yes.

We provide standard die-stamping (Manufacturer Name, Size, Schedule, Material, Heat No.). We can also include your specific brand name or PO number on the products for easier inventory management.

Which oil company certifications or vendor approvals does JS FITTINGS hold?

We had established close partnerships with numerous oil companies, inventory dealers, and engineering companies worldwide.

Approved by NIOC, ADNOC, Petrobras, PDO, KNPC, Sonatrach, PDVSA, and PEMEX, SINOPEC.

Quality Control & Inspection

Do your products come with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC)?

Yes.

All shipments from JS FITTINGS are accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate according to EN 10204 3.1, detailing the chemical composition, mechanical properties (tensile, yield, elongation), and heat treatment status.

Do you support Third-Party Inspection (TPI)?

Yes.

we welcome third-party inspections. We frequently work with agencies such as SGS, BV,and TUV. Whether it’s a visual inspection, dimensional check, or witnessing ultrasonic/hydrostatic tests, we fully cooperate with your designated inspectors.

What internal QC tests do you perform?

Our in-house lab performs:

Chemical Analysis (Spectrometer).

Hardness Testing.

Impact Testing (for low-temperature materials).

NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) including MPI and UT.

Hydrostatic testing for pipes.

Ordering & Logistics

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

As a factory, we are flexible. For standard stock items (A105/WPB in common schedules), there is no strict MOQ.

For customized sizes or special materials, the MOQ depends on the raw material heat size, but we always strive to support smaller trial orders for new clients.

What is the typical lead time for a container load?

For standard carbon steel fittings and flanges, our production lead time is typically 25 to 35 days for a full 20ft container. If the items are in stock, we can ship within 7 to 10 days.

How do you package the products for international shipping?

We prioritize the safety of the cargo:

Small sizes: Packed in reinforced fumigation-free plywood cases or pallets.

Large sizes: Wrapped in plastic film and secured on steel or wooden skids.

Bevelled ends: Protected with plastic caps to prevent mechanical damage during handling.

What international shipping do you offer?

Sea Freight (FCL & LCL): The most economical choice for bulk orders of steel pipes, flanges, and large fittings. We handle both Full Container Loads (FCL) and Less than Container Loads (LCL) to accommodate any order size.

Air Freight: Ideal for time-critical engineering projects where speed is the top priority.

Land & Rail Transport: We leverage extensive rail networks (such as the China-Europe Railway Express) and trucking for cross-border deliveries to Central Asia, Russia, and Europe.

Express Courier: For samples or urgent small-batch components, we offer door-to-door delivery via DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.

We don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

Loading Optimization: Our team specializes in “Space-Saving Solutions.” This includes nesting smaller fittings inside larger pipes or calculating the most efficient container layout. This strategic loading helps you maximize container utilization and significantly reduce your total freight spend.

Comprehensive Documentation: We handle all necessary export documentation, including MTC, CO (Certificate of Origin), and packing lists, ensuring smooth customs clearance at the destination port.
