Product Types: Blind Flanges, Slip-on Flanges, Weld-neck Flanges, and Lap-joint Flanges.
Material Grade: ASTM A105 (High-quality forged carbon steel).
Size Range: 2” up to 20”.
Standard Compliance: While primarily following ASME B16.5, the project required a mix of pressure ratings to match local systems, including:
American Standard: Class 150, Class 300
European Standard: PN10, PN16
Japanese Standard: 5K, 10K
Precision: Dimensional accuracy was critical, with a thickness tolerance strictly held within 1mm.
Surface Treatment: All flanges were treated with industrial-grade anti-rust oil to withstand the humid tropical climate of Thailand during storage and installation.

Packaging and Global Logistics
To facilitate the safe arrival of 130 tons of cargo, we implemented a standardized export packaging strategy:
Packaging: All 32,319 pieces were organized by size and class, then packed into reinforced plywood cases and secured on heavy-duty pallets. This ensured the stability of the cargo during sea transit and simplified the inventory count for the client upon arrival.
Shipping: The entire 130-ton shipment was dispatched via sea freight, coordinated to arrive in batches that matched the client’s installation timeline on-site in Thailand.
